I understand the Yokel TV video setup and production fee is $299 one time. I understand Yokel TV hosting and management is $59 per month while the service remains active. I authorize Fox Marketing Digital / Local Yokel to use the business information, logos, photographs and video materials I provide to create and promote my Yokel TV video. I understand that if I discontinue Yokel TV hosting, Local Yokel may remove the video from the Yokel TV / Local Yokel YouTube channel.
